Beautiful hotel, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast selection was great. The blackout curtains were great. Service was rated four only because no one smiled. Definitely stay again! Oh- the hot tub was awesome!!
As far as mid-level hotels go of this quality, it hit all the marks. And props to that gal who took care of breakfast area; she did an excellent job. Thanks. The dude at check-in was efficient, and a little weird in a good way. I like that they had excellent restaurants just a few yards away. Recommended
My stay was spectacular. The room was clean, bed was nicely made, everything was just spotless. My housekeeper ASHLEY did an amazing job. She went above an beyond to refresh my room as well. She was so polite and respectful. If she was my housekeeper for every stay at any hotel she'd be the one. Thank you Ashley your a charm!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great hotel! We stayed in the Kids Suite. The kids had a smaller separate room that included a bunk bed, two chairs, TV and gaming console (Xbox). We didn’t have time to use the gaming console though. The room itself was very clean and well put together. Had a fridge, microwave and extra sink. Bathroom was nice too. King Bed was comfortable also. We utilized the pool area which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast dining area was quite big and had tons of options. All the staff were extremely kind. Overall, I will hands down be staying here again. The hotel is very close to the zoo, shopping centers, and restaurants. You can’t go wrong by staying here.
Amazing rooms and very clean bathrooms. I literally do not have any complain about this place. Breakfast was amazing with many hot breakfast options. Best thing I liked is they have gluten free bagels and muffins for someone who is gluten sensitive and almond milk for lactose sensitive. I really recommend this place to stay.
This motel was spotless. Our room was so clean and my cleanliness standards are high. Beds were comfortable. Quieter area. Employees were professional and courteous. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. And a bonus is the body wash and soap in the bathroom smelled wonderful! Definitely would stay here again!
Really pleased and will stay here again. The staff was always accommodating and cheerful, the hot daily breakfast was a huge plus for my family and the pool was awesome !!! Well maintained, warm and there were always fresh towels. Our family of 5 had a great time, will absolutely stay again and would recommend. The rooms are also nice, clean and the beds were comfortable.
Let me start off by saying this hotel is nice, the breakfast is not that great though. For the price (261$ a night) you'd think it would have been a little better. Room was cleanish but I expected more. I feel like there was a lot that could have been better for sure. The staff was amazing and very friendly. Love all the cute toiletries in the bathroom. The pool was fun for the kids and very clean so I'd recommend for that reason alone but I think I'd stay here again in the future. Just wish prices weren't so crazy high for "standard" rooms.
